Why we’re here.
After several years in the computer business, I've watched computer owners struggle with their computers, be confused about what they own, and get lost in the terminology. And after watching the response (or lack of response) from the manufacturers and the retail communities, I have decided to create something different. I want to create a place where average computer users can bring their computer for repair, and where they can expect:
· to be treated with personal respect
· to have their computer treated with great care
· to receive the best quality work possible
· to be assured that their problem has been fixed
· to receive their computer back within the least amount of time required
· to be remembered, and have their computer remembered, if they must return in the future.
That is my vision – to deliver an outstanding customer experience for each user walking through the door.
And on top of that my vision is to provide a place where the users can obtain the knowledge to
- repair some of their own simple problems they may encounter
- prevent their computer problems in the first place!
